Food Grade Hydraulic Oil

GENERAL: 

ArChine Hydratek FSH 15 is specially formulated to provide superior lubrication in food plant machinery. The water white oil provides 

outstanding anti-wear protection, which is compounded to prevent rusting in the presence of moisture, non-foaming and has rapidwater

 separation characteristics. An effective antioxidant gives long oil service life and reduces the possibility of sludge and varnish formation.

ArChine Hydratek FSH 15 should be used where hydraulic fluids and other mild lubricants are called for in equipment associated with food

 processing. The oil provide anti-wear protection that meets all the requirements of major hydraulic pump manufacturers. USDA/NSF

 has approved ArChine Hydratek FSH 15 under their H-1 specification for incidental contact with food. The oil complies with FDA guidelines

 for food contact listed in CFR Title 21 Part 178, Section 178.3570.

Applications:

• Systems employing gear, vane, radial and axial piston pumps where anti-wear hydraulic oils are recommended
• Hydraulic applications where contamination or leakage are unavoidable
• Where small amounts of water are unavoidable and this water could damage components
• Systems containing gears and bearings where mild anti-wear characteristics are required
• Applications where thin oil-film corrosion protection is an asset such as systems where small amounts of water exist
