GENERAL: 

ArChine Hydratek FSH 32 is specially formulated to provide superior lubrication in food plant machinery. The water white oil provides

 outstanding anti-wear protection, which is compounded to prevent rusting in the presence of moisture, non-foaming and has rapid wate

r separation characteristics. An effective antioxidant gives long oil service life and reduces the possibility of sludge and varnish formation.

ArChine Hydratek FSH 32 should be used where hydraulic fluids and other mild lubricants are called for in equipment associated with food 

processing. The oil provides anti-wear protection that meets all the requirements of major hydraulic pump manufacturers. 

USDA/NSF has approved ArChine Hydratek FSH 32 under their H-1 specification for incidental contact with food. The oil complies

 with FDA guidelines for food contact listed in CFR Title 21 Part 178, Section 178.3570.

Applications:

• Systems employing gear, vane, radial and axial piston pumps where anti-wear hydraulic oils are recommended

• Where small amounts of water are unavoidable and this water could damage components
• Systems containing gears and bearings where mild anti-wear characteristics are required
• Applications where thin oil-film corrosion protection is an asset such as systems where small amounts of water exist
