Food Grade Grease

GENERAL:
ArChine Foodtech OCC 2 is a new generation H1 Food Grade Grease designed specifically for lubrication of the most severe applications in the food industry. This grease is formulated with food grade over-based calcium complex thickener and other permitted ingredients including anti-oxidants, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to meet the most stringent requirements of the food industry. This innovative food grade grease will outperform all other food grade grease formulations utilizing calcium based, clay based and even aluminum complex based greases.
ArChine Foodtech OCC 2 also has exceptional mechanical stability even in the presence of water. It contains no heavy metals or other environmentally undesirable additives. It also excels in applications where resistance to water washout and broad operating temperatures are absolutely necessary. The formulation of this product provides unsurpassed resistance to extreme pressures and corrosion, including salt spray. ArChine Foodtech OCC 2 has an operating range of -40°F to +400°F once in the application with intermittent performance exceeding 550°F.
