Synthetic low-temperature high-speed bearing grease

Description

ArChine Speedtech HSB P10 is low temperature grease based on high quality synthetic oil (PAO). As well as anti-corrosion and anti-oxidant

 additives, this grease also contains EP additives which give it optimum lubrication and load carrying properties. ArChine Speedtech

 HSB P10 suits for lubrication of roller and friction bearings under extreme pressure load and low temperatures. The product has high thermal

 resistance and very good soft adhesion to be easily conveyed.

Application

   With a DN factor of 1,000,000 this is ideally suited for:  

1.Bearings operating at high speeds & extremely low breakaway torque in textile machines, CNC machine tools and internal grinding 

machines etc. 

2.For other roller or needle bearings operating at high speeds. 

3.For precision bearings expected to operate with low starting torques 

4.Especially suited for high speed spindles 

Also used in: 

1. Lubrication of metal-to-plastic or plastic-to-plastic sliding surfaces. 
2. Electronics industry as a low resistance, white grease.

Typical Properties

Mode of Application 

Remove protective coatings / old grease residues from the bearing and clean the bearing thoroughly, preferably with a solvent. Fill only

 1 /2 to 2 / 3of the bearing void space with the grease. Do not overfill. Do not mix or use with other lubricants.
