ArChine Alloydraw SSE 150

ArChine Alloydraw SSE 150 is a synthetic, water soluble forming fluid, which is chlorine, and sulphur free. It is specifically designed for use on deep drawing, as well as tube forming applications.
The product was developed to provide exceptional detergency, cleanliness and rust prevention in forming applications where neat forming oils or soluble forming oils are traditionally used.
Application
ArChine Alloydraw SSE 150 is applied neat for medium to heavy duty deep drawing applications on steels and alloy steels. It can be used in light to medium duty deep drawing applications, and used in carbon steel tube cold pilgering applications, as both an internal and external lubricant.
ArChine Alloydraw SSE 150 is recommended carbon steel tube, cold pilgering applications.
