Description

ArChine Syngear POE 1000 high temperature lubricant is formulated with synthetic base oil (POE) and multiple efficient 

additives designed primarily for high temperature equipments. 

It’s suitable for use in industrial gearboxes with high thermal and oxidative stability requirements, roller and plain bearings

 that are exposed to high loads, and in particular for large systems with circulation lubrication systems. 

Performance

• Excellent high temperature oxidation and thermal stability reducing carbon residue formation and prolong lubricant life.
• Superior antiwear property, prevent rust and corrosion, prolong service life of equipment.
• Extremely low volatility resulting in less oil consumption and long life. 
• Compatible with mineral oil, don’t need special system design.
• Maintain a clean operating environment owe to clean function.  
• Contain no chlorine and heavy metal; be of biodegradable, green lubricant.

Applications

Suitable for lubrication and protection of closed industrial gear exposed to high temperature, medium to high speed or

 medium to heavy load, sliding and rolling bearing, especially for full range of worm and gears.

ArChine Syngear POE synthetic gear oils can be continuously used in high temperature environment more than 180℃.
