8000 Hours Synthetic Compressor Oil

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CP-9301-46 is an advanced technology custom-blended synthetic air compressor lubricant. CPI has introduced the newest technology which formulated from Group III (HT) Severely Hydrocracked base oil and special ester additive package. This lubricant has excellent lubrication properties at high and low temperatures, reduced volatility, good chemical inertness and hydrolytic stability. It is also compatible with mineral oils and PAO base oil equipment designed for use with both synthetic and mineral oils.
CP-9301-46 is particularly recommended for air compressor in continuous service operating with high discharge air temperature ( above 85 degree C). Such compressor may be run for up to one year (8000+hours) in continuous operation.. This is at least four times the life of conventional mineral oil based compressor oils.
CP-9301-46 provides air compressor performance equal or superior to the very best PAO synthetics available. While particularly effective in rotary compressors running in severe service. CP-9301-46 offers extened clean operation in reciprocating and centrifugal compressors as well.
CP-9301-46 is non-toxic and carries no hazardous labels or warnings under the OSHA Right to Know Law 29 CFR 1910.1200.
