PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CP-1000-100 product is custom-blended highly refined, chemically inert lubricants. Silicone additions act as a lubricity improver, defoamant, pour point depressant and help protect the metal surfaces against corrosion. Polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic hydrocarbon additions act as a stable viscosity improver. Widely used for applications in the chemical processing industries where the lubricant is subjected to harsh chemical environments and certain applications (e.g. flooded rotary screw compressors) where the PAO is needed to improve shear stability and compensate for thinning of the lubricant by the compressed gas.
APPLICATIONS
Lubricants/coolant for process and gas rotary screw compressors.
Lubricant and sealing fluid for rotary mechanical shaft seals of chemical processing pumps and agitated kettles.
Crankcase and cylinder lubricant for reciprocating compressors handling chemical gases (i.e. HCI and MeCl gases)
Lubricant for vacuum pumps handling chemical vapors. -
