PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN PIRANHA DARK CUTTING OIL D-15 CF is a heavy duty cutting oil providing superior performance to cutting oils which contain chlorine. The unique combination of additives and oils provides the extreme pressure properties and lubricity required for the most difficult machining operations. Contains a mist suppressant to minimize fogging and stray mist. JICHUAN DARK CUTTING OIL D-15 CF is the most "general purpose" and versatile cutting oil in our line. Provides superior smooth surface finish.-

TYPICAL USES:
Recommended for all difficult machining operations and
difficult to machine ferrous and ferrous alloys.
Used in broaching, heavy duty treading, tapping, gear shaving, boring, thread and form grinding and thread rolling of ferrous and ferrous alloys with machinability rating of over 70% to below 40%.
Also used in reaming, gear cutting and plain drilling of hard carbon and alloy steels with machinability ratings 50% to below 40%.
NOT RECOMMENDED for non-ferrous metals such as cop per, bronze or aluminum. Recommend Tri-purpose Cutting Oil T-35 or Clear Cutting Oil C-30 for non-ferrous metals.
