RIVOLTA B.W.R.210Slightly alkaline - biodegradable - non-combustible - physiologically in general recognized as safe - pleasant odourRIVOLTA B.W.R.210 removes all kinds of grease, oil, soot and other contamination from metal, glass, plastic and lacquered items etc. RIVOLTA B.W.R.210 is used by the industry, craftman¡¯s shops, workshops, power plants, fleets, purification plants, steel mills, motor vehicle pools and other public areas. RIVOLTA B.W.R.210 can be mixed with water in any ratio and therefore it is very economic. The ratio of mixture for the use of B.W.R. 210 depends on the cleaning procedure, the temperature, and the grade of contamination. RIVOLTA B.W.R.210 can be used up to 100¡ãC while using rinsing, plunging and spraying processes and is suitable for steam jet cleaners, hot-water high pressure appliances and in ultrasonic applications. Material-attack:RIVOLTA B.W.R. 210 is not aggressive to the items and materials that shall be cleaned. Mixture ratios for the treatment of aluminium: max. 5% (1:20) (cold application) resp. max. 2% (1:50) (warm application) Concentrations for the treatment of zinc or zinc-coated surfaces (only cold-application): max. 2% (1:50) Examples of mixturemachines: 1: 5 - 1: 40 ratios:rough surfaces, floors, concrete: 1: 5 - 1: 10 lacquered items: 1: 10 - 1: 50 glass: 1:100 - 1:150 vehicles, car cleaning: 1:100 - 1:200 degreasing of metal, handwashing: 1: 4 - 1: 20 degreasing of metal, immersion: 3% - 5% at 50¡ã-70¡ãC RIVOLTA B.W.R.210 for strong contamination (e.g. floors in service stations) it can be used in concentrated form. After cleaning shiny metal items will not show any sign of corrosion caused by the product. RIVOLTA B.W.R.210 is despite of its alkaline reaction not caustic at the skin.
