RIVOLTA E.S.E. 1-62 is a defoamer-emulsion based on silicones which is miscible with water in any ratio. Our product is suitable to destroy or prevent foaming of hy-drous systems in industrial processes. RIVOLTA E.S.E. 1-62 is efficient against foams which are caused by anionic, non-ionic or mixtures of tensides. On top of this hydrous systems which are e.g. charged by metal soaps are defoamed efficiently.

Proportioning:

The proportioning of RIVOLTA E.S.E. 1-62 depends on the system which is to be defoamed. The necessary quantity should be checked for each system individually.

Recommendations for the proportioning:

Defoamer dosage: Mixture ratio cleaner : water = 1 : 200 - 1 : 20 0,01 % Mixture ratio cleaner : water = 1 : 20 - 1 : 1 0,1 %

Volumetric proportioning:

Dosage: 0,01 %

Cleaner solution in liters: 10 50 100 500 Defoamer in ccm: 1 5 10 50

Dosage: 0,1 %

Cleaner solution in liters: 10 50 100 500 Defoamer in ccm: 10 50 100 500

No classification necessary according to the german hazardous substances ordi-nance. RIVOLTA E.S.E. 1-62 is not a dangerous preparation.
