RIVOLTA K.S.P. 204 is a fully synthetic, environmentally friendly, oily corrosion protection of highest economy, versatile in use and easy to handle.
RIVOLTA K.S.P. 204 is based on pure basic materials which guarantee a long lasting protection from corrosion for all kinds of items without gumming or conglutination.

safe corrosion protection The good creeping ability and the highly efficient anticorrosive compound form a close oily film after evaporation of the solvent and therefore a safe corrosion protection of the treated items.

excellent material compatibility K.S.P. 204 is compatible with metals and materials which are stable in contact with solvents, e.g. paints, plastics and elastomers. K.S.P. 204 is free of acids and resins and forms no sticky residues.

free of silicone K.S.P 204 is free of silicone and components containing silicone.

lubricating effect Because of the viscous properties K.S.P. 204 will form an oily film with residual lubricating properties on protected items.

high industrial safety K.S.P. 204 is based on pure basic materials which are not toxic or cancer-causing according to the German hazardous substances ordinance. K.S.P. 204 can also be used in the food industry according to German regulations. The flash point of our product is stable at 70°C.

K.S.P. 204 was examined by intensive tests according to DIN EN ISO 6270-2 condensation-water test and DIN EN ISO 9227 salt- fog test. The corrosion preventing time is the result of the laboratory tests and additional field tests.

Applications

-conservation of all kinds of machines in case of shipping -conservation of single subassemblies -conservation of half-finished goods -conservation of contact rails and collectors in the galvanic industry -conservation of all kinds of rolls of printing machines and calender plants -conservation of gear boxes, gear wheels, shafts, couplers etc. -conservation of diecasting moulds, injection moulds, press tools, punching tools and drawing dies in the metal or plastic industry

Processing RIVOLTA K.S.P. 204 can be applicated with brush, press pump sprayer or electric sprayer. It is also possible to conserve the items by immersion. A close oily layer will be formed after evaporation of the solvent.

RemovalIn most of the cases it is not necessary to remove RIVOLTA K.S.P.204. If it is necessary, that the protected items have to be cleaned,K.S.P. 204 can be removed with waterbased cleaning products (e.g.B.W.R. 210) or solvent cleaners (M.T.X.-products).
