2)K.S.P. 305 was examined by intensive tests according to DIN EN ISO 6270-2 condensation-water test and DIN EN ISO 9227 salt-fog test. The corrosion preventing time is the result of the laboratory tests and additional field tests.
Applications -for the meantime and long-term conservation of injection moulds and injection tools
Processing RIVOLTA K.S.P. 305 can be applicated by spray cans. Thus it is possible to apply our product easily and aiming accurately.
If K.S.P. 305 is not used for a longer time please take care to apply the contained finest wax particles evenly by shaking the spray can well before using.
Removal The thin wax coat of K.S.P. 305 in injection moulds is removed by a few injections. In other parts, where no plastics is injected the corrosion protection film is easily removed by cleaning. For this application you should prefer our dissolvent based cleaning products of the M.T.X.-line as well as our waterbased cleaning concentrates in the application with increased temperature.
